David Perez Taveras to INDOTEL

President Leonel Fernandez has appointed David A. Perez Taveras as the new president of the board of the Dominican Telecommunications Institute (Indotel). He replaces Espaillat Senator Jose Rafael Vargas. Perez Taveras, who was on the board of Indotel, was appointed in Decree 483-10.

The same decree appoints Domingo Tavarez to replace Perez Taveras on the Indotel board. Tavarez had served as director of the Presidential Office of Information and Communication Technologies (OPTIC), as reported in El Dia.
