Affidavit: Levy suspect kept her photo in his cell
The suspect in the 2001 slaying of Washington intern Chandra Levy kept a magazine photo of her in his prison cell and told at least two people that he killed her, according to an arrest affidavit. Ingmar Guandique also used “Chuckie,” a demonic horror movie doll, as his street name in the MS-13 gang. He is charged with first-degree murder in the Levy case but has denied to authorities that he killed her.div class=”feedflare”
