Airline schedules are returning to normal, but thousands of travelers stranded by weekend winter storms may find it tough getting to the airport. Ice and snow cover roads in Portland, Oregon, where more than 11 inches of snow fell over the weekend. In Seattle, another winter storm is expected this evening. A winter storm warning also is in effect for the Four Corners region — New Mexico, Arizona, Utah and Colorado.
