Heavy snow hits Northeast
Heavy snow — nearly a foot of it in some cities — covered much of the Eastern Seaboard today, creating a driving nightmare for commuters. In Boston, two women, one of them pregnant, died after their car smashed into a city plow truck, CNN affiliate WCVB reported. Delta Air Lines has canceled 300 flights.
