Hurricane Omar threatens heavy rains for Puerto Rico
Hurricane Omar is expected to bring up to 30 centimetres of rain to the Netherlands Antilles but could later dump 50 centimetres on Puerto Rico Wednesday night, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said.
