Khmer Rouge torturer Duch’s sentence appealed
Prosecutors for Cambodia’s genocide tribunal on Monday appealed the 19-year prison sentence given to the Khmer Rouge’s chief torturer, Kaing Guek Eav, also known as Comrade Duch.
