N.L. to expropriate Abitibi assets in the province
The Newfoundland and Labrador government is bringing in urgent legislation Tuesday afternoon to expropriate all Abitibi Bowater assets in the province, except the mill in the central Newfoundland town of Grand Falls-Windsor.
