‘Party is over,’ Pelosi says as bailout bill is released
The federal government would provide up to $700 billion to rescue the nation’s troubled financial system, according to a bill unveiled Sunday. “We sent a message to Wall Street - the party is over,” said House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-California.
