Tropical Storm Omar strengthens over the Caribbean
Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and a slew of other Caribbean islands were put under a
hurricane watch on Tuesday as Tropical Storm Omar strengthened, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said.
