Board certifies Franken win, but lawsuit looms
The Minnesota State Canvassing Board today certified the results of the recount of GOP Sen. Norm Coleman’s fight to retain his seat against Democrat Al Franken. The results showed Franken with a 225-vote lead. Coleman’s campaign, which contends the recount should have included about 650 absentee ballots that were rejected, said it will challenge the decision.div class=”feedflare”
