Rice to try to advance Israeli-Palestinian peace talks on Mideast visit

U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice will try to advance Israeli-Palestinian peace talks during a visit of the Middle East next week despite the recognition that there is little chance of a deal this year, diplomats said Thursday.
