Signs of hope

Futures are trading higher, international markets show signs of stability and there are reports the government is planning a bold move to loosen credit markets, CNNMoney reports. Investors are hoping to do better than Monday, when concerns about the credit crisis caused a sell-off around the world. The Dow closed below 10,000 for the first time in nearly four years, down nearly 370 points.
