A heavy winter snowstorm churned its way up the Eastern Seaboard early Monday, dumping up to 11 inches of snow in parts of the Carolinas, with southern New England and Boston facing up to 15 inches of snow as the day goes on, the National Weather Service said. Delta Air Lines canceled 300 flights, most of them to or from Atlanta, Georgia, because of snowy weather, an airline spokesman said.div class=”feedflare”
