Winehouse can’t make U.S. concert because of court case

British singer Amy Winehouse will not be performing at the Coachella festival in California due to “current legal issues,” says her spokesman, Chris Goodman. Winehouse was charged with assault last week for allegedly attacking a fan at a party in London last September.
