poniedziałek, sierpień 23rd, 2010The Public Electricity Corporation’s new Center for Information and Communication (ICODEN) says that it served 472 clients during its first month in operation, with 71% cases solved and a client satisfaction rate of 93%. 84% of calls were from the National District and the Province of Santo Domingo.
Callers were: 188 EdeSur, 170 EdeEste and 30 EdeNorte. 31% of those who used the new serve reported breakdowns, 26% commercial claims, 23% emergencies, 10% requested information and 7% had technical problems. Of the total, 74% were residential clients, 19% commercial clients, 6% government institutions and 1% medical centers.
