Drivers trapped on road after water main break
Rescuers in boats, helicopters and on foot are helping motorists trapped by water rushing down a street after a water main break in suburban Maryland. Helicopters dropped rescue baskets to some cars. Other motorists were picked up by a small boat. Rescuers wearing helmets and life vests were able to walk to some of the cars.
