GM Canada suggests it needs a bigger government bailout
General Motors has outlined its restructuring plan for Canadian operations, and while there’s no dollar figure on how much more cash it wants from the federal and Ontario governments, it says the sum will be proportionate to the $30 billion GM wants from Washington. That would be about $6 billion.
