Argentinean security expert Hector Luis Saint Pierre, here for the II International Conference on Security and Defense in the Americas: Trends and Strategy, told Hoy in an interview that the war against drugs is a stupid, useless and lost cause. He called for the struggle against corruption to fight trafficking. He said that corruption greases the criminal machinery.
