Luis Wilfredo Sifres to OISOE
President Leonel Fernandez has appointed engineer Luis Wilfredo Sifres to direct the Supervisory Office of Public Works of the Presidency (OISOE), replacing Felix Bautista, a controversial figure who is the new senator for San Juan de la Maguana. Decree 432-10 was issued on Monday, but not made public. Hoy reports that the decree has not been published and was not included in the decrees sent to the press on Monday.
