Press director book on Figueroa
President Leonel Fernandez’s press and public relations director, Rafael Nunez is the author of a book that is expected to be a bestseller. “Figueroa Agosto: The Power of Narco,” presents findings in the investigative journalism genre with details on how the Puerto Rican operated the largest and most influential drug trafficking ring in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic over the past 10 years. He was reportedly a leading capo in the network that transported tons of cocaine from South America to the DR to be distributed in Puerto Rico, the US and Europe.
As reported in Diario Libre, President Leonel Fernandez himself will attend the launch of the book by his press director at the Sala de la Cultura of the National Theater on Wednesday, 11 August.
